Effective September 12, 2026. BATONNEWS LLC operates this website and RealBilShop Analytics. These terms describe the public waitlist and the current private pilot.

Access and scope

The app is a single-user internal pilot. The free waitlist records interest in possible future access; signup does not create an app account, guarantee admission or a launch date, or start a paid subscription. No purchases or fulfillment are offered here. Any future external service will require its own access arrangements and any applicable updated terms.

The private pilot organizes authorized creator data and research. Account connections require the account owner's authorization and any required platform approval. Access does not confer permission to publish posts, change visibility, place orders, or act for another account. You may withdraw a connection through the available platform controls and contact us about data deletion.

Using the service

Provide only information you control or are authorized to use. Keep account access secure, respect other people's privacy and rights, and follow the applicable platform terms. Do not submit passwords, identity documents or tokens to the waitlist; bypass access controls; introduce malicious content; or attempt to access another person's records. We may restrict access needed to protect the service or address misuse.

Research and content

Reported metrics depend on their source, period and availability. Vendor estimates and creative annotations are not independently verified advertising costs or guarantees. RealBilShop Analytics is independent of TikTok and is not endorsed by it. We do not promise views, sales, commissions, refunds, exact competitor GMV Max spending or business results. Confirm product and sample terms directly before making a purchase or commitment.

Account owners and other rights holders retain rights in their content. Providing authorized data permits us to process it for the disclosed service, not to sell it or publish private posts. Public availability of a video, image or music track does not grant permission to reuse it commercially.

Availability and changes

This pilot may change, experience interruptions or be discontinued. Keep copies of records you need independently. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete market coverage or error-free analysis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. If we offer paid access or materially different functions later, we will explain the relevant terms before enrollment.

Privacy and contact

The privacy notice explains current collection, providers, retention and requests for both the waitlist and private app. Contact quickshipquirks@yahoo.com about these terms, security concerns or ending a connection. We will identify material changes to these terms and seek agreement where required before extending access.
